INQUIRY

In connection with the implementation of the project for funding from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego under operation 3.2.2 Operational Program Intelligent Development 2014-2020- Credit for technological innovation, we kindly ask to present an offer for the planned purchase of solid state high frequency generator to weld carbon steel with 250KW power.

Title of project: The implementation of the technology for producing longitudinally ribbed profiles, used in heat exchangers.

Technical data:

• Generator power- 250 KW
• Welded material :
• Type – carbon steel, in grades: DC01, DD11, S235.
• Thickness- min 0,45mm, max 3,0mm
• Diameter of welded tubes — ⌀10 — ⌀38
• Frequency stabilization— maintaining a constant frequency welding for the entire range of dimensions and material thickness of theweldedtubes with an accuracy of5%.

General Provisions:

• Purchaser does not allow variant tenders.

• Purchaser does not allow partial offers.

Order description:

The contract is for the supply a solid state high frequency generator for the project, enabling the production of longitudinal ribbed profiles, used in heat exchangers.

Purchaser requires that all machines were new and had all the required documents to European law authorizing the machinery on the market and use,and also meet the parameters of the inquiry.

The offer shouldcontain:

1. The total price

2. Technical parameters of the generator.

3. The name of the offer or, address or registered office, telephone number.

Evaluation of offer will be made on the basis of the following criteria:

• Net price
• Service
• Delivery term (availability)

In the case of submission of offers, for more than one contractor, purchaser will assess offers on the basis of the evaluation criteria:

Purchaser will select the most advantageous offer, which obtains the highest number of points based on established criteria.

In the case of obtaining the same number of points by the two offerors, the choice of the best offer elects term bid (the offers made earlier will be assessed higher).
